The very clean new room with large spacious Bed. Change of linens, towels and water everyday. Very close to restaurants, bars and 10min walk to the beach. The hosts Mr. Big and Keaw were absolutely friendly, pleasant and very helpful with everything. They made us feel like home. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended. -

It was the best hotel we stayed in Thailand. Really nice and clean room with nice european style bathroom (which I really appreciate) with balcony and TV with English programms. Superb buffet breakfast included. Really helpful staff and services of luxurious hotel. Lovely swimming pool, unfortunately closed later in the evening. Convenient location

We stayed in the hotel for 6 days and that was a great experience. We loved everything: 1. Location is very convenient to walk to both Kata and Kata Noi beaches. 2. The room had everything we needed incl umbrellas (for rainy season) and basic drinks. We had a pool view room which i would recommend to book. very friendly, helpful, nice and handsome owner:) the hotel is located not on the seaside but in 10 minutes walking to both kata and karon beach. The hotel has beautiful garden and awesome swimming pool, 100% as on the pictures. During low season room rates are really attratctive. There are a lot of small cafe and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Kwang seafood and Tex-mex are strongly recommended.

It was very clean. They don't make the room or give you fresh towels the next day - maybe you have to ask. But temperature was great, warm/cold water whenever you need it, comfortable bed with warm wool in the closet to put over sheet if needed. No one bothers you. Ample powerpoints and 3 wifi points which were excellent. Absolute value for money.

When we first arrived we met the very friendly staff of this just four months newly opened guesthouse. Very comfortable, modern and spacious room.
Small balcony were you can sit quite fine and it is provided with a rask to dry your stuff.
Free WiFi and Flatscreen television with English, Dutch, French, Russian, Thai channels etc.

My husband and I celebrated my birthday in Phuket, and the hotel staffs came up with a surprise cake on my birthday. It was the most unforgettable and sweetest memory that we've ever had in the hotel! - Everything! The breakfast was lovely, close to the beach, excellent staff, who even put flowers on our bed and gave us free fruit when we arrived.

Easily the best resor -
We loved it! Hotel is really quiet, and well located. Close to beach: 5 to 10 minutes walking from one of the nicest beaches of the island, and eating facilities nearby. There are some shops, but not too many.
Rooms are spacious, luminous, very clean and silent. Nice pool, and massage, tours, transfer and room service. Breakfast and dinner are delicious and offer lots of options.
