Relaxing on the covered patio, whether after breakfast or during a warm afternoon respite, is superb. While the property's pace may be Thai leisurely, the attention to detail is not. Creative breakfasts; great coffee. Walking the grounds allows one to discover crafts, statues and other art objects integrated into the environment. Via a bicycle or scooter (rentals are inexpensive), Santitham's slight separation from CM's Central City is offset by a less chaotic, quieter neighborhood. And, .
alle vurderinger » A very relaxing and well designed Thai style garden which has four houses. The whole garden is full with green, birds, flowers. Several open air relaxing areas enable you to sit down and talk with others. I had a very joyful and relaxing stay at Santitham guest house. The housekeeping lady makes the room and bathroom very clean and with a good smell. Very cute and friendly dog and cat add more. Really didn't want to leave after 5 days stay. The room is spacious, clean, and with a lot of windows look out to the garden. The garden is nice too. It is a traditional Thailand house, very nice stay!. The area was great not so many turist. We got a better room for free because it was full. The owner was very friendly and helpfull. Fantastic environment and very friendly staff. And the breakfast is very delicious. I spent 2 great days here with my girlfriend. Excellent! People in the guest house are really nice! And the puppy is super cute!. Relaxing atmosphere. Friendly staff. Location. Everybody helpful. Very nice owner/staff, free airport pickup, comfortable bed. when you stay here,it makes you home feeling. everyone was really really nice. Room and surroundings were very nice. Lovely, old building with wooden floors. Comfortable bed. Tasty, healthy breakfast. Peaceful, calm, tranquil environment. Interesting area full of students and shops with cheap produce. Not very easy to find. Need to explain every time to taxi driver or tuktuk driver. Can't think on any. A little bit far away from the gate. But the tuktuk taxi is very convenient. Very close to road, Foliage attracted insects that bite. My booking said my room would have a balcony and mountain facing views, which it did not. the corner of the glass door in the bathroom is too sharp in the deluxe room and I got an accidental scratch on my toe. The man forgot to pick up my girlfriend from the airport, leaving her stranded. She called him and he said to get a taxi then wouldn't reimburse the cost. There was never anyone around if we had questions, the hot water didn't work and took asking 3 times and 2 days to fix. He seemed nice but there is no service here whatsoever, we heard a lot of people walking around yelling "hello" trying to get help so we weren't the only ones. Poor service. Once I was let into the Guesthouse late in the evening I did not see anyone apart from the cleaner. Had to hunt down somebody to make my payment before I left. The Guesthouse is a long way from the city centre. Costs 150 baht one way to get there. Sharing a bathroom with other guests not so much fun when the sink keeps blocking!. the place looked overbooked and the host did not look like he was expecting us at all a bit of a disaster, left after the 1st night also quite far from the center.
