The hostal is very confortable with an excellent service & I really
felt like at home. The location is perfect cuz is in the same city and
you can go walking for restaurants & shopping.
I forgot a pair of shoes & Max, the director, is so kind that he send me the shoes back to Australia. The staff is very nice. They help you with anything you want.
I like its location very much because it is very close to the largest Naraya Store in Bangkok where we bought loads of bags. Secondly, the hotel itself is very clean and spacious, air-con is placed NOT in front of either bed thus wind was not blowing our faces at night, so user-friendly design.alle vurderinger »
We were only there for three days,but were made to feel very welcome,and the staff were great ,and could not have been more helpful and sweet to our kids .A very positive introduction to Thailand ,I would recommend this place to anyone ,as a starting point to visit Thailand.
The communication from the owner thankking us for chosng his guest house and his advise as to what to do, with regards to getting to his establishment, what to look out for with the taxi's etc location and then his friendly and helpful staff.
The bed was the comfiest we've had in Thailand. I love the spacious
room with a wardrobe. The bathroom was also nice and clean. The location
was good, right next to the bts.
Staff is very customer-friendly. It's quite near to the BTS so all shopping malls can be reached easily. Nice to have a fridge in the room. Hot water and AC was good.
Just brilliant, very good location, park for kids and some excellent shopping centers are at walking distance, i will recommend and come here again.

after booking got a nice mail from the hotel with all the detailed explanations on how to get to it, which was great
rooms are basic but very friendly staff, the 2 phillipino ladies who clean the rooms always smiling, the lady in charge extremely helpful, she wrote for us in thai everything we needed to get by for taxis and bts and so on, very useful, she could not do enough to help and advise us, she sure knows her town and what is nice to visit

The only thing some people may have some issue with is the stairs, although you could possibly arrange the lower floor rooms.

Far away from airport, takes lot of time to travel back to airport in peak hours.
If you are no to mobile its not for you: there is no elevator and you
klimb narrow stairs up. Some rooms have no window, it should be
mentioned in letsbookhotel.com.

breakfast very basic,
my friend, unfortunately got locked in her room and could not get out, they had to call somebody to dismantle the broken lock and replace it, which took nearly 2 hours and it messed up our schedule, and also the bed did not get made, the shower door was also broken which made it difficult for her to take a shower, but when she complained about it all, the person in charge gave her 100 bahts back out of her personal money.
the bed is too high. once get hurt when get off the bed.
Room has glass bricks on top portion of wall which allows light to enter from adjoining rooms which is annoying when neighbours leave the light on all night or have the TV on during the early hours of the morning, which comes across as flashing lights.
No lift! Aircon was dripping water so I had to switch it off.
Way too noisy - the walls between the rooms were practically non-existent. the bathroom was pretty poor standard. I paid a little under £30 and have to say its not worth even £10 per night.
