Location of this hotel is fantastic. Located at the end of Sairee Beach, it is close enough to the action, but far enough away to avoid the noise at night. We stayed in a roof top villa which was excellent. Decor of the room was quirky and the outside bathroom was a nice feature. Staff were friendly and helpful. -

there are kinds of fish. Room is clean, comfortable, brand new and well

The staff we dealt with were fantastic. 3 of the ladies at the desk couldn't do more to help. We were assigned a room upstairs and inquired on being put in a downstairs room. They changed it immediately and without a single fuss! The rooms are so clean. It is quiet but right on the doorstep of some wonderful bars and restaurants! Brilliant. It was our second stay as we loved it so much a couple of weeks before!!!

The beach is gorgeous, we did snorkel every day, using the hotel equipment that was borrowed at no charge at it was good quality, but next time we will buy and take our own, so you don't have to run for it every morning. We loved everything! It is a perfect place to be. We stayed 3 nights in a castaway villa - P e r f e c t! the closest to the beach you can get. The design is simple and beautiful. You can relax on the soffa on the terrace just about 7 steps from the water.
The grounds very green&peacefull and I believe that even if you are not staying in a castaway villa you will enjoy great views. We didnt try the pool (since the beach is perfect), but it seems OK, not too big.
