Coming to Koh Phangan specifically for the full moon party, it was the perfect getaway from all the noise/obnoxious activity at Haad Rin. The staff were absolutely amazing from the moment we showed up on the property.. Getting a beach front bungalow is definitely worth it, as the view was beauutiful. I gave the food a b- only thanks to their awesome breakfast. The hill coming in is pretty steep, yes. But if you're in good shape it's not a real issue. I read so many reviews before I decided to s.

Very secluded and quiet with a feel of being some place great because of all the comforts of a trendy hotel, but nobody there. I loved that the bungalows are so private & surrounded by the amazing trees & plants & you can hear the jungle. I could feel the magic as soon as I walked down the hill. It really took my breath away. Lovely and peaceful place with stunning views. Very nice, definitely recommended. Mandatory at the sunset getting a drink in the swimming pool in front of the sea. The bungalows offer incredible views. The hotel setting is about as picturesque as you could ask for and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Had a real family feel. Thoroughly recommended. Very friendly staff. Unique location on a hill. Nice swimming pool. Wifi all over resort. Location excellent, good Beach. the location is very quiet we felt like we are alone in the hotel all the time there is a wild beach just 5 minutes walk from the hotel very beautiful and isolated the sea is very quiet there no waves at all near to haad rin , and free ride to full moon we would come back to the beach but not to the hotel,. It was a chilled place and our room overlooked the sea. nothing. Would only change the bed! It was too hard . The path to go down from the road to the hotel is too steep. Dangerous if done on a scooter. The steep walk from the road is a little dicey (especially in heavy rain).....!! But good exercise... The service and the professionality of the staff it's not enough compare to the beauty and potentiality of the hotel and the place. we were in the beach front room the room is very small and basic dirty walls , and bad smell of moth the resturant was expensive and not so good breakfast also not so good the downhill road to the hotel is as bad as they say here but the hotel charge extra 50 batt for taxi that will take you from the hotel, and not from the main road. Very steep hill to get to, you need a scooter or taxi to leave the premises. Bed was a bit small and uncomfortable. It advertises a restaurant and fine dining, there was no food after 6pm!. There was a very steep hill to walk down to get to the Hotel which is very dangerous when wet. There was a mirror on the ceiling of our room was very tacky, the staff did not speak any English so was hard to communicate. We stayed for three nights and there was no house keeping, plus the air con kept going off. !!!!Dangerous!!!! very very many snakes in this hotel!!! at night they do not see.
