It's very conveniently located for the Sunnegga/Rothorn funicular and Gornergrat train. The staff were very kind and helpful to my elderly parents. Excellent buffet breakfast - really very good for this category of hotel. The pine bar area and restaurant are simply and attractively styled. The food was good value by Swiss standards. -

It was a great hotel, in a location close to the town [5 minutes walk]. It seems like the hotel is newly removated, so very clean, and modern. Much nicer than some other 4* more expensive hotels I have stayed in in Zermatt. I will definately be staying there again -

friendly and helpful. The breakfast was quite good and everyone
including our picky eater was happy with the choices. It's on a
quieter side street but still close to lifts, apreski, restaurants

Modern, comfortable and cozy hotel with Matterhorn views. A short walk from the center, fine for us as we preferred the quieter location. Make sure to book the complimentary transfer from the train station, the walk is a little uphill and can be slippery and difficult with luggage. inviting, a lot of wood is used. The hotel is small, but very cosy. Very
friendly staff, very helpful. Some rooms have a balcony, which provide
an excellent viewing point to see the Matterhorn. The room was not

The whole atmosphere at this Hotel was welcoming and friendly, they seemed pleased to have you there. Really excellent Hotel I would thoroughly recommend. - The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean, tidy and warm.
