  Staff very nice, all spoke good English even though my Swiss German is not bad. Very handy for trains, buses and boats --- and motorway if you are driving. - Comfortable clean room, private underground car park. Good food. Luzern ferry boat terminal 50 meters from hotel, very convenient for touring the lake and getting to Luzern.

  We were offered a free upgrade to a lake view room on check in. The location is excellent with access to Lucerne via train in less than 10 minutes. Indoor pool and spa were a treat. Excellent breakfast offered. Close to Mt Stanserhorn and the open deck cable car which is a wonderful experience - Only few minutes away from the highway but you fee... hva folk sier » l far from it. Facilities okay, good restaurant. I especially liked the Wifi available throughout the hotel.
