  The hotel is super clean, nicely situated, and quite comfortable. We were a couple traveling with another friend, and we had two quiet rooms on the second floor. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there were excellent cheeses and croissants for breakfast. - Svon, the holder of the hotel, is nice and helpful. He can speak good English.   I would say the best memory of the hotel is the manager- Floriant. He is a very nice and helpful person, ready to assist in questions that arise during the stay in Lausanne/Renens. The rooms look nice and are always clean. TV and Internet work perfect! The value for money with this hotel is very nice. It is close to EPFL, which was convenient for me.

  Great location, excellent restaurant, attentive staff. - The staff was friendly and helpful.. Its in the middle of Vevey. The internet works fine. Nice choice at breakfast: the quiche and sweet pie were perfect !Swiss quality :-)

  The hotel's owners, Dominique and Josiene, were very, very friendly and helpful - it was almost like home away from home. Even though the Au Bel Air Hotel was old, it had such a lovely warm, cosy ambiance about it, and having been able to open the windows was great.   Really nice hotel in very quite corner of Switzerland. Room was verynice (upgraded without charge) and service very good. - Nothing. This is possibly the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. It is overpriced. The rooms are not in the old building as advertised.
