  Amazing view over the lake! best in the area! Great free facilities: swimming pool, sauna. Very clean and well equipped rooms. We stayed on the first floor (room 013), so we did not have a view to lake, but we enjoyed private entry to garden, and at night had a stunning moon shine over the valley. Highly recommend fish plate, done on grill!! Almost like - The Serpiano has an excellent Location above the lake, with very expansive views all around. It is quiet and has well laid-out surroundings. The staff cater very well to the requirements of their guests and provide a good, relaxing ambience. There is a post bus terminal at the entrance to the Hotel which ensures that those guests who travel without a car have either this option, or the cable car to Brusino-Arsizio which connects with the boat service on the lake Lugano.
