The furnishing is a bit sparse and upright but it suits the place. The Mairani resort is a gated community that includes a spa, assisted living and retirement homes as well as holiday lets - Appartment was spacious, nicely furnished and clean. Friendly staff, convenient restaurant/bar - personally I found prices reasonable for Switzerland and quality of food was good. Nice pool for kids, not too busy. Very peaceful. Nice gardens. 5 minute walk from the station where you can take the funiculare down to the town. Underground parking was very welcome - kept the car cool! This was the best priced accomodation I found during the period, and to be honest, I can't think of anything lac
