The location is very close to the train station was great for me on an interrail ticket.
I needed an early start before breakfast was served and was told I could get something from the kitchen if I liked! I was also offered a cup of coffee as I was going out the door at 6am. Very friendly staff. -

Oh I just loved this hotel! It really felt like "home." The owners are the loveliest people! The room was nice and clean and quiet, the location is amazing -- right in the old town, just up from the Piazza Grande. Breakfast very nice. WiFi good (better if you bring a cable to plug in). Nice little room with coffee/tea and TV and a beautiful little courtyard area. :) Would definitely come back to this hotel!!

The main advantage is the location - right by the beautiful Vogorno lake. Eating breakfast or dinner on the terrace overlooking the lake was wonderful. Most of the staff are very nice and helpful. The restaurant is good and serves great pizzas in decent prices. The rooms are clean and basic. And the hotel is very close to the Verzasca valley main

view rooms really are just that with panoramic views Overlooking the
lake. We ate in the restaurant downstairs which was popular with
Italians from far and wide and we tasted why -25/30 euros per head
for a starter, main and wine all freshly prepared. Staff were friendly
and all in all for the price a great place.

Ketty and Tommy were both very friendly and keen to help in any way to make our stay enjoyable. We had stayed at the hotel before and would recommend it.
