Service was excellent - There was heavy snowfall and the owner came and rescued us from the bottom of the hill. The food was 'home style' typically Swiss and delightful. This is a very nice, very modern hotel in a great location. The front
desk staff was very helpful and courteous. They gave us free tickets to
ride the train to Montreux and half off cards for Chillon Castle! The
windows/door are very sound proof so even though it's close to
the road and train station, noise is not a problem at all when
everything is closed. The terrasse is a lovely view to have a drink
and/or snack.

Staff were friendly and helpful without being in anyway superior. The atmosphere was relaxed with a personal touch, I felt as if I was a VIP without the anonimity of many corporate hotels. Food was good and they did well to provide vegetarian alternatives for me, breakfsts were amazing! -

The double windows overlooked the lakes and snow covered mountains. Great restaurant and staff went out of its way for us.
