  Staff were friendly and efficient. Emjoyed the harpist at breakfast and pianist in the bar. Information was good. location excellent. The complimentary public transport ticket was great too. even the weather was great. - every thing very nice

  Modern hotel 2 blocks from lake and all the 5 star hotels but not at a 5 star price. Every member of the staff was nice and helpful. Very convenient to bus (tours) and great restaurants. My last day I asked if they had bottled water to take, they did not but offered to run to the store for me. I said that's okay would buy when I was out. 5 min la... hva folk sier » ter as I finished my breakfast I was offered still or sparkling water in bottle to take. now that's service! Highly recommend. - Almost everything! The room was nice, the food was great, the staff were very helpful in every aspect. I really recommend this hotel especially for honeymooners and people looking for high standards. Special thanks to the guys on the reception desk who I cant remember their names unfortunately.

  The hotel was right on the lakefront/harbor with a great view from the lakeview room. The underground parking was great for a car trip stop and access to the hotel/lobby was easy and well laid out. The dining area was modern and well organized and the food at dinner and breakfast was excellent. The exercise room was magnificent and certainly bett... hva folk sier » er than any of the 4 and 5 star hotels we stayed at in Lucerne, Zurich and Geneva. - Stayed in this hotel for the second in the Business room. Again was 100% with the room, especially with bed and pillows. Love design of the room. My mother stayed of the standard room and it was also very nice. Location of the hotel, imho, is better than in the city center - you are close to the lake and can enjoy it. Getting to every part of the city is sipmle - 2 min walk to Metro station. And a small supermarket nearby.

  Good comfortable bed with top quality linen. Spacious bathroom. The buffet breakfast was excellent with really good coffee. The Grand Cafe Real bistrot does really good quality food. - Fantastic room with balcony overlooking Lake Geneva. Staff brilliant. Very comfortable.
