  Staff were friendly and efficient. Emjoyed the harpist at breakfast and pianist in the bar. Information was good. location excellent. The complimentary public transport ticket was great too. even the weather was great. - every thing very nice

  business and fitness centre, cleanliness, comfort, staff helpfulness - Location only a 10-minute walk from the Geneve Main Station, directly in the city centre. Friendly hotel staff - I was to meet some people, they helped to organize it. Rooms are clean and well-maintained. Excellent breakfast and fast internet for free in the room.

  This Hotel is a lovely old hotel in a beautiful setting on the Avenue of Flowers. As i was quite ill, I needed a doctor and one was provided for me in very short time. I was very impressed with the attention I received, and although I mostly saw only the inside of the room, and the dining room, due to my illness, I loved my stay at the Grand Hotel ... hva folk sier » Excelsior. The room great, and the view spectacular. - A great old Victorian Hotel with excellent facitlities, large rooms, lake view, free internet and movies, would definitely stay again.

  position, friendly atmosphere - I liked the breakfasts, the dining room very inviting and staff friendly - the views were stunning from the breakfast room. I thought the staff on the whole were very friendly.

  I actually stayed in Royal Plaza which I think is connected to Villa Toscane. Rooms were excellent and spa facilities excellent. - usage of the pool and welness facilities in the montreux palace across the road for free.

  The Receptionist was very friendly, thoughtful and helpful. Seafood was fantastic.
