  One can not find a more perfect place for the winter holiday with small children. The private mountain railway takes you up, where children can play in the snow castle. Hotel has wonderful children's club with very professional staff. (Special thanks to Christoffer for taking care of our daughter). The ski area is not big and therefore you get quickly up to the runs with the Tschuggen express and don't lose any of your precious time. The - very friendly staff always willing to help, good service to bring you to the train station or elsewhere, 2 very good restaurants and good breakfast buffet.   The service is no doubt "top notch". We were offered a ride to our restaurant nearby in their "in house" RR Phantom 6.. Now that's a treat.! I also liked that the mini bar is complimentary. Now that is really a good gesture as we are already paying top prix for the night. It was a lovely hotel with great views.. IT's worth staying there... - The... hva folk sier » staff and service were superior. The hotel was beautiful and in an excellent location. We needed a dentist while there and they arranged everything with the best dentist in town. We are planning our return trip for this winter.
