This hotel is located in Pontresina, but still this place is really good to start hiking/skiing (there are many course from Pontresina), it is really convenient for us since the purpose of visit was to go hiking, and eventually we got better price than centre of St.Moritz!

The hotel was bright, modern, spotlessly clean, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent and the free to guests community centre pool and spa were wonderful. Pontresina is very central to the Engadine hiking areas and more affordable than St. Moritz. The free summer lift pass for the mountains was a welcome and unexpected bonus.

I have stayed in this hotel on a few occasions and every time it impresses me more! The Manager and staff are very professional and nothing is too much trouble. The restaurant food is to a high standard along with the wine list. Breakfast is very adequate with a variety of healthy options. Great hotel! -

The couple who managed the hotel were very helpful and friendly. Our room was delightful- cozy, with a woodsy smell because the walls, floor and the quaint furniture were all made of wood, making us feel as if we were in a cabin!
