Although it's rank as 2 star it has large room with shower, and wc ineach room. Also it's include a flat tv. It is very importent to knowthat there is not a minibar in each room as indicated but the minibar isin each floor and has hotel drinks in it - we traveled with a baby andwe put all we need in the hotel freedge. The buffet is very good andals

The dinner served at their resturant was quiet amzing and good. A full value for money hotel and I will definately recommend any one this hotel who wants to have good service and food at reasonable price.

First of all we were welcomed by our lovely hostess who helped with our
parking and bags. Our room was larger than advertised and very
comfortable and well furnished. The house is very nice and feels more
like an upmarket B&B than a hotel but no marks off for that.
Everyone spoke perfect English and were very helpful. Lovely breakfast.

The place was fantastic. People were brilliant . I think it's amongst the best stays I have had with respect to the friendly persons. Felix and his wife are lovely people and very helpful and kind natured. Really the best hosts I've ever come across. I'm definitely going back to villa Maria . Thanks so much Felix. U made our holiday even better -
-Close to town - easy bus access (1 minute walk to stop) or a 15-20 minute walk to town.
-Had to leave early before breakfast was actually served and one of the staff offered to set out some items for us to grab on our way out prior to the staff setting everything out for the rest of the guests.
-Breakfast had a wide selection and very filling.

Staff were friendly and the location was fantastic. Walking distance from the train station, right across from tourist information center, and walking distance to all of the sights of Lucerne. friendly and efficiently staff. Best location next to the main station. A few minutes to the old city. Breakfast is very good. Wide range of English television channel. Very quite room in spite of close to main road and station. Good supermarket nearby. Right opposite to Business School Of Luzern.
Plenty of good restaurant nearby. Rooftop bar at the adjacent Monopol hotel is a must for cocktail (great view!).
We plan to stay here again.

We booked a 3-person room. The suite had in fact space for 4, with the kids sleeping on a pull-out couch in the TV-room. The hotel is a quick 5 minute drive from downtown Lucerne and the family restaurant in the hotel was good was no more expensive than retaurants downtown. The parking and in-room internet were actually free and the playground was perfect for our daughter. - Everything was really perfect. The location of the hotel is very convenient for those who would like to visit Lucerne. The personnel is very polite, helpful and also very flexible. Our room was comfortable for 4 persons and it was really clean. The breakfast was also good. Good value for money!!!

The room was not too big but comfortable, with complimentary coffee and tea.

Right in the heart of the Luzern's Old town, great atmosphere and so convenient for sightseeing and shopping. Approx 10 minutes walk from the railway station. The Bistro on the ground floor although separate from the hotel but in the same group had a good menu and reasonable prices.

Luzern is a beautiful city and we enjoyed our time there. We had a good
sized room and the staff were very helpful. Parking is underneath the
hotel. It was a better than the average Ibis. The train station is only
a 7 min walk from the hotel and it takes only 4 min to get into Luzern.
The hotel is only a short drive from the Mt Pilatus cable car.

The location is fantastic, I liked not being in the centre of Lucerne and the superb public transport (bus stop about 50 yrds from hotel) meant travelling to and from the centre each night was painless. Boutique hotel, unique, interesting and full of history. A great place to stay - clean, comfortable, but most of all friendly and relaxed. A small hotel with a big heart and loads of character - love the lift! We had the best time at the Stern, sitting outside in the cafe, eating, drinking, meeting people and the location is perfect. The staff are lovely and made us feel so welcome and comfortable. 10/10 from us!

time. The location is perfect for people looking to relax and enjoy

Food is amazing...try the bratwurst made by the owner and you will
forget everything else. The lake is right opposite to the hotel and so
