Staff were friendly and the location was fantastic. Walking distance from the train station, right across from tourist information center, and walking distance to all of the sights of Lucerne. friendly and efficiently staff. Best location next to the main station. A few minutes to the old city. Breakfast is very good. Wide range of English television channel. Very quite room in spite of close to main road and station. Good supermarket nearby. Right opposite to Business School Of Luzern.
Plenty of good restaurant nearby. Rooftop bar at the adjacent Monopol hotel is a must for cocktail (great view!).
We plan to stay here again.

The recpetion went out of their way to find me an adapter to use my computer and I alos found them very imformative on places to go and see. - Friendly staff, easy walk to train station, the lake, shopping, etc. Clean room, good breakfast.

We loved our room which was spacious with a great balcony. The staff was helpful and very courteous. The location was nice....close enough to walk to attractions but away from the very busy areas. -

The location is about 10 mins from Lucerne main train station, easily
found. I stayed in a private three-bed room which was beond expectation.
From the review I learnt that the 3-bed room will have one king-size bed
and a single bed on top it so the third person will need to climb to
sleep, but my room was quite large, with the single bed not hang

It is really good value for money in Switzerland! Moreover it is not so far from main sightseenigs. The rooms have air conditions, tv and wifi. Staff is very friendly and helpful! Everything is the same as you can see from the hotel's pictures. Many people wrote that rooms were small and it's inconvenient. I think that for 1-3 nights it's ok. It is a place to spend nights because the rest of the time you will walk around this wonderful city - Luzern!

We loved our room and our stay, especially the view over the foreshores and the lake. The reception staff were ever so helpful and keen to assist with any problems. They attended to every need during our stay. The view of the lake is perfect. The rooms are luxurious. Make sure you sit at the Bar at night and have a drink. The Bar Manager is really very nice and a pleasure to talk to at the end of the day.

This hotel was very wonderful location to take a bus. In near this apartments, MIGROS was placed so that several items can be easily obtained from 8 am.

We stayed here for 3 days it was really nice apartment with a beautiful panoramic view.
The apartment was very clean and tidy. Fully equipped kitchen utensils.
A detail user guide which tells you all about the apartments and the transportation details.
Fully secured system.
Overall, its worth staying there and value for money. -

The next morning, we were surprised by the stunning view of the city & mountain from the apartment (at 28th level). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hoped we cld stay longer!

The scenic view from the Appartment, play area outside, a bus stand just a few meters away, a train station a few 100 meters away. Appartment was spacious for 2 persons but not more than that. A bit congested with 3 beds and a sofa and dining table. -
