My luggage key was lost and I went to inform the reception on 16 Dec 2010.
She readily came up with me,tried with her keys and tried to open the padlock. As it could not be done,she got another guy, who actually cut my padlock and it was done in less than 15 minutes. Kudos to both the service providers. I am sorry I got their names but misplace

Location was good just a 5 minute walk from the main station. clean value for money, along the river side very near to the main town and market area, though we missed a kettle for tea coffe in the room Rosli didi not have a lift but we shifter to their adjacent hotel Baslertor which ahad a lift and a swimming pool and Jacuzzi. The staff was nice and easily shifter our rooms.

Although it's rank as 2 star it has large room with shower, and wc ineach room. Also it's include a flat tv. It is very importent to knowthat there is not a minibar in each room as indicated but the minibar isin each floor and has hotel drinks in it - we traveled with a baby andwe put all we need in the hotel freedge. First of all we were welcomed by our lovely hostess who helped with our
parking and bags. Our room was larger than advertised and very
comfortable and well furnished. The house is very nice and feels more
like an upmarket B&B than a hotel but no marks off for that.
Everyone spoke perfect English and were very helpful. Lovely breakfast.

-Close to town - easy bus access (1 minute walk to stop) or a 15-20 minute walk to town.
-Had to leave early before breakfast was actually served and one of the staff offered to set out some items for us to grab on our way out prior to the staff setting everything out for the rest of the guests.
-Breakfast had a wide selection and very filling. -
The place was fantastic. People were brilliant . I think it's amongst the best stays I have had with respect to the friendly persons. Felix and his wife are lovely people and very helpful and kind natured. Really the best hosts I've ever come across. I'm definitely going back to villa Maria . Thanks so much Felix. U made our holiday even better

We're familiar with the "minimalist" Ibis hotels so we were surprised by the very nice Styles facility. And even more surprised that free WiFi and a very good breakfast were included. The room was large and included a much-appreciated couch. This is something brand-new for Accor and they deserve compliments for doing such an all around good job.

Staff were friendly and the location was fantastic. Walking distance from the train station, right across from tourist information center, and walking distance to all of the sights of Lucerne. Plenty of good restaurant nearby. Rooftop bar at the adjacent Monopol hotel is a must for cocktail (great view!).
We plan to stay here again.

We booked a 3-person room. The suite had in fact space for 4, with the kids sleeping on a pull-out couch in the TV-room. The hotel is a quick 5 minute drive from downtown Lucerne and the family restaurant in the hotel was good was no more expensive than retaurants downtown. The parking and in-room internet were actually free and the playground was perfect for our daughter. - Everything was really perfect. The location of the hotel is very convenient for those who would like to visit Lucerne. The personnel is very polite, helpful and also very flexible. Our room was comfortable for 4 persons and it was really clean. The breakfast was also good. Good value for money!!!

Hotel Magic is run by the people at Hotel Krone who are extremely nice and have an excellent breakfast spread. Second time I've stayed at Magic. Kind of fun even though some of the rooms don't have the greatest view, however some are great. Clean and private.Overall 8.5/10. - Very individual hotel and great location to see everything in Luzern!
