  The staff were amazing specially kevin on the reception. The guy went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay at the richmond from the fruits, dates and nutts to going up to the room to make sure everything is up to the standard we expect from the richmond.   We choose this hotel in every Geneva trip.This time they upgraded our suit to a river view suit.Wonderful location, professional crew and a quiet,luxury,selected hotel. - Pillows were great! Service was very good, specially concierge, Julia in particular. Pressing service was very efficient.
