  The hotel is in a spectacular position near Interlaken with views of the lake and the snow topped alps. The room we had was superb, very spacious and had great views. The staff were very friendly and attentive. For travellers without transportation it is a little inconvenient at certain times to get to the hotel, after certain hours in the evening... hva folk sier » s, in particular, public transport ceases operations via the bus route past the hotel from the main town of Interlaken but you do have an option to ca - I loved your hotel. It's our 41st anniversary year of celebration and it was the perfect choice that my daughter made for us. I love the view of the lake along with awesome breakfast served. We were given excellent reception on arrival and guided so well by the staff. We have enjoyed so much that choosing Switzerland as the last country of visit during the other countries we visited in this same tour was the PERFECT CHOICE to end it with Switzerland and Neuhaus Golf- & Strandhotel.   We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Michael was fantastic ever willing to help in planning our day trips. Always with a cheerful smile. This is a family run hotel and I must say that it is the best hotel within the star rating that it has. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend anyone travelling to Switzerland looking for good accomodation, loca... hva folk sier » tion and staff life Michael not to miss this one. - The staff at the hotel are lovely and are helpful with directions and ideas of what to do in the area. They were able to tell us down to the bus times what we should see which was excellent as we only had two nights there. The hotel is also in a great location for easy transport to Interlaken West and Ost train stations and many restaurants. The room was also a nice size - not too cramped.

  great staff good location to train station. breakfast buffets were very good, nicely managed - The staff actually went out of their way to make my stay comfortable since i was taking teh last train out of zurich was reaching late had requested them and they obliged..This one simple gesture would make me go and stay there again..
