Very comfortable beds, clean room, ample sized bathroom. We had a smaller room near the stairs which was convenient but I heard everything. The staff make the comfort of the guest their priority and you feel as if you are at home. I appreciate all staff for their friendly spirit and I acknowledge in particular "Sylvia" who took all the effort to make our stay interesting, and she always smile. -

The hotel staff was extremely polite and pleasant from the moment we
arrived. Our family suite was lovely in every way and, after a long trip
through Switzerland, the peace and quiet was wonderful. I am extremely
picky so take my word: this is worth it for a true "Swiss"
experience down to the waiters setting up our breakfasts on our balcony.

The view from the room was sensational. The hotel upgraded us from a north facing (no view) to south facing which was great. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was good with the access to the shuttlebus and bus service. - conveniently located ,reception staff are good and helpfull.Clean rooms.

Hotel du Lac is a charming place in the perfect location with the alps on one side and lake on the other. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious with various breads cheeses yogurts cereals and more. It us peaceful and a minutes walk from markets cafes shops and activities. I will stay here again and tell my friends. Thankyou for a wonderful stay in Crans Montana.
