Cheap. Everywhere else in Crans seemed very expensive for a solo hiking trip. Mattress was comfortable. Campsite WC and shower facilities were nearby. The picture on the website shows an attic dormitory but the mattresses were laid out on the floor of the basement games room of the campsite. This was not set up as a proper dormitory. The door to the corridor with the main light switch was locked and so lighting was 'improvised'. The external door was unlocked. Staff did not speak English and seemed unprepared for my visit. I would have looked elsewhere but it was late Saturday afternoon and I was too tired after hiking all day.
