great location, beautiful large rooms very well furnished (fabulous bed linen). the bathroom, even if shared by 2 other rooms in the floor, is perfectly clean and well equiped (amazing shower). breakfast is lovely: fresh bread, loose tea of choice, great expresso and a very nice living room to hang around (include a small conservatory-like siting area connected to it). very cosy.
