Close to the Casino. Have been to a few 3 star's in Italy and this is definately one of the best, stunning view of lake and mountains, obviously rooms have been renovated, comfortable bed, descent sized bathroom, nice restaurant for dinner, good Italian buffet breakfast. Don't expect english buffet. Very helpful and friendly staff. - Great attitude

The apartment was nice and the view was spectacular. The beds were comfortable. There is a very large balcony on both floors to view the lake. We enjoyed our time here. -

Please read my comments very well and you will be satisfied.
If you have a car, this hotel is the best, it's at the second side of the lake but amazing and the best view ever. Far 12-15 minuts by car from center of Lugano. Wonderful and well prepared for children, especially in spring/summer season.

our kids enjoyed the swimming pool and i found the pool area to be very clean and well kept. We did not stay long enough (2 nights) to take advantage of the pingu/pinocchio facility but it was nice to have the option. The kitchen facility in the room was very useful and the beds provided for the children was just right. We found the breakfast buffet wonderful.
