Where is one greeted with a nice cold beer on a Sunday afternoon, and being told that a lunch box will be delivered instead of breakfast when departing early in the morning.   We were on the Swiss Path and unable to find accommodation in Fluelen. In retrospect, I am glad we went to Eggberge, even thug it was a bit out of the way (you need to access by cable car). The hotel was more like a mountain "refuge" and had that lovely atmosphere -- very relaxed and friendly.   Beautiful location , great restaurant with lots of choice and lovely breakfast. Just one person speak English and the menu is all in swiss german language but its ok , we need to learn a little bit of language when we go abroad. - Very clean hotel. Hotel owner stayed late into the night to wait for my check-in, very thankful to his kindness.
