The hotel's location is perfect in the middle of everything with a fantastic view on the Royal Palace. The staff is very friendly - beyond even what one would expect in a hotel of that class. Tip: Instead of the buffet breakfast (and if you don't have the breakfast included in your package) eat a la carte in the bar with the view on the Palace - breath-taking!

We were celebrating a 60th birthday, so wished to have a hotel near the centre, which was comfortable and if required use of the restaurant.

Being at the coutryside in the center of Stockholm was amazing.
You have to walk to arrive to the Palace? You don't go down a 20 floor hotel and are immediatly surrounded by shops?
Who cares? You are 10 minutes away from all that, if you enjoy walking.
If you like to ride a bike, you have your "private" garage next to the hotel, with 20 bikes ready to be rented; just buy the City Bikes card at the reception.
Breakfast was plentyful and the restaurant serves very tasty dishes.

Lovely relaxed atmosphere. Skylight. Comfortable bed - slept well.
It takes only a few minutes to walk over the bridge to or from flight buses that run frequently.
Shops and restaurants nearby.
Based on some reviews I expected more cramped conditions and steeper stairs ...I´m oldish and roundish and encountered no problems whatsoever.

Excellent location just off Stureplan allowing access to great shopping, and all the parts of the city that one would like to explore. The friendly staff simply showcases the level of professional but also proactive behavior that one would like to find in every hotel. We also appreciated the parking service provided. Very close to the main station and to Arlanda Express. The room was very small (as indicated on the web site) but fully functional. These single rooms without window are very good value for money if you just want to stay overnight as I did (to catch an early plane). - The staff was really nice, the breakfast was good, it was peaceful

three a day, my room had sufficient light blocking drapes. The breakfast
was good, varied. The rooms are modern, clean, and with kitchen, which
was important to me as I was bringing a cheese back to the States that I
hiked into the Alps to purchase. :) The staff were very friendly and
super helpful. It's a quick Tunnelbana to T-Central. For me, the old
portion of the city was within a very comfortable walking distance.

The young Thai woman who checked us in was exceptionally helpful, giving maps and precise directions on how to get to places via subway and bus as well as a couple of suggestions as to what to see.
We had requested a room on an upper floor with a view and were given one on the top floor center overlooking the park - perfect.
