  The staff was wonderful, always helpful and friendly. Location perfect within walking distance to everything in Visby. Breakfast also excellent served in a cosy atmosphere. - The hotel is centrally located in the Old Town. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly.   The apartment was perfect for our trip. The location was great. It is close enough to have easy access to all of the sights around Visby, but far enough from the night life so you can sleep. Having the option to prepare food at the apartment instead of eat out every meal was really nice as well. - Plenty of room, excellent location

  Hotel Villa Borgen is in a great location and my room, opening onto a court yard was really nice and very comfortable. The toiletries supplied (shampoo, conditioner and body lotion) were good ones and the bathroom also had a cabinet for storage. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows and cushions. I had a lovely single room off a courtyard. It was easy to go in and out but staff were always discretely on hand to answer any queries.

  En service langt over hva man kan forvente. Jeg ble syk og måtte på sykehus. En fra personalet kom og besøkte meg mens jeg lå på Akutten og spurte hva han kunne gjøre for meg. Har aldri opplevd maken. Da jeg kom tilbake til hotellet, hadde personalet ordnet rommet og satt litt mat på nattbordet slik at vi ble tatt hånd om på aller beste vis. The family room in the annex was perfect for us -- it's really 2 adjoining rooms, so we could put our son to bed early then sit up with the lights on in the room next door. The bathroom was shared with only 2 other rooms and we never had to wait. Our room was spacious and light with views out to the harbour (over a carpark but still). The town centre is a very easy walk and there's a great kid-friendly park and library just around the - The staff of the hotel is extremely friendly and helpful * The hotel is decorated in a modern way (a lot of white), but it is still very cosy * The room we were in (number 16) was very spacious and even had a little terrace for sitting outside * The breakfast is very healthy (no baked or fried stuff and home-made bread) and delicious * This is an eco-friendly hotel: the staff does not clean the room or change your towels unless you ask for it specifically. I love that!
