  Friendly staff who were very patient with our lack of the Spanish language. Very helpful. Dog friendly. Excellent, spacious, traditional and comfortable rooms - we stayed twice, outward and homeward stop-over, as so impressed the first time. Delicious breakfast. Near to the beaches, Comillas, Cabezon de la Sal, the mountains and less than an hour... hva folk sier » s drive to Santander. We want to stay again next year, for longer and to try the restaurant and Menu del Dia. - Choice of rooms either new part the older part of the hotel.We asked for a quite room & they gave us the choice of rooms to the back of hotel. NFriendly staff & good breakfast.
