Everything! This was one of the nicest places I stayed in on my entire trip. Staff was excellent! They even gave us a bottle of wine and some other gifts upon our stay. The apartment was very modern, new and clean. The space was a great break from staying in hotel rooms. Location was excellent while still having the privacy of your own place. I wish I didn't have to leave!. We had the studios apartment which was ideal for our one night in Valencia. Location was perfect as it is right in the centre within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the tourist attractions. The apartment was modern & clean. The value for money was excellent with the location. Definitely will stay there the next time we go to Valencia.

Shower, beds, kitchen, living room and wifi were all perfect would stay here again in a heartbeat. Got a great price and location was perfect wish I was there longer. the apartment was wonderfully situated, stunningly decorated, fantastic value and outstanding value.. will certainly use again. located in the middle of city, in front of the market. The room was very clean and pretty. I think it was suitable for couples. Very nice location in the centre of Valencia and across the central market with the best food in town. perfect location spacious apartment well equipped clean value for money. Amazing apartment. Biopark in the west of the city was amazing!. The apartment was in the heart of Valencia,right between the central market and plaza de la reina,which was ideal as we could do everything we wanted on foot!!!!.It was cosy and modern and had a beautiful view on the streets of Valencia( quiet at night although).It was clean and had quite everything you need.Remember also that you have to call Peter when you arrive to give you the keys,because there is nobody there to wait for you. Spacious, well-equiped kitchen. Location was good. lock to the door was a bit tricky and we almost thought we were locked out one night, but once you figure out the trick it is no problem at all. The only negative was the strange odour in the entrance area which I think is probably from the drains....a regular thing unfortunately in Spain but it didn't spoil our stay there. It was a little tricky getting the keys to the place as the instructions weren't clear nor given so recommend an email or phone call to get instructions on getting the key before you arrive. have problems finding any thing to fault.. We had to use the wifi of Subway(sandwich), which was very weak. Wifi didn't work, warm water only for one person. nothing. very uncomfortable sofa (the white one) and no electric kettle.The power failed in the communal area so no lights or lift to the staircase. Limited hot water supply. English of the staff. No air conditioning so had to keep windows/doors open at night and was bitten by Mosquitos. little dirty in the apartment. The room was very cold because the air-condition isn't very powerful and although we had it on 30 C it didn't change anything.Plus,it had lack of basic things,such as toilet paper(we had only one and after request the owner brought us another at the apartment),towels(only 3) and shower things(only two little ones).So,bring with you some things from home,I recommend!. Mattress was very hard, shower very small and difficult to be comfortable in, location is OK, but could be better. your website stated air conditioning and there wasn't any and we did not find out that we had to collect the keys from another location until we had made the booking also there was no shower curtain which the staff were obviously aware of but no one has done anything about it ..not impressed.
