Friendly staff--speak Spanish and French, some English.

  Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean, good location. The room was very inviting and comfortable. Bright, warm with awesome windows. Shuttered doors leading onto enclosed sun room. All the windows in the sun room opened. My only regret is that I didn't have enough time to lounge in the room more. - This is the second time we stayed in this hot... hva folk sier » el and it will not be the last one. Staff is very professional and welcoming. Location in the old town is excellent. We like the complimentary mineral water in the room at arrival and the free coffee/tea facilities.

  The location of the hotel was very good, very close to the old market, Plaza de Abastos and to the historic centre of Santiago. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The building and decor were very attractive.   Delightful converted monastery. While the rooms were basic the building and its gardens were fabulous - we had our picnic lunch in the cloister gardens. Extremely quiet and a quiet location on the university's old campus. Good continental breakfast. Lots of free parking.
