We had no problems parking-and ended up seeing the hotel as soon as we
emerged from the garage-perfect! It's right next to the police
station, so very quiet and safe (not that other parts of the city
aren't). It was a very short walk to the cathedral and the city was
fantastic to wander through. The room was absolutely comfortable-the

It was excellent in all ways *
it was clean, nicely designed , bright, warm, open and friendly , just around the corner from the cathedral, but with ready access to taxis too. the staff , Diego and the young woman (whose name I didn't get) were exceptionally friendly and helpful ~~ in short a delightful place !!

The location of the hotel was very good, very close to the old market, Plaza de Abastos and to the historic centre of Santiago. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The building and decor were very attractive. The food in the restaurant was of a very good quality and the "menu del dia" in particular was very good value for money. - Everyt

Having read lots of other reviews which said that it's not very private and the walls are made of paper, we weren't sure about staying there but in the end we were the only people in the hostel and it wasn't a problem. The attic was kinda cool and the view was nice. -
