Great location with superb views from our attic balconies. Well designed, pleasing modern interiors - clean lines. Good cooking and washing facilities. Perfect base for exploring the many joys of San Sebastian - beach, shops, old town and harbour with all of the good eating opportunities.
The location is perfect. Close to La Concha, the sights, shopping center, market, supermarkets, transportation. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine. Clean and stylish. Pedestrian zone but just at the corner of traffic road so taxi leaves us just next to the entrance door.alle vurderinger »
Location was perfect, short walk to the beach and everything in San Sebastián. Parking was a little difficult to find since some streets were closed to cars upon are arrival.great. Expensive for space but apparently this area is pricer than the rest of Espana.
Great location in the center of San Sebastian. The apartment was clean,
spacious, and comfortable. The style was austere, but that accentuated
cleanliness. The managers provided great information on everything
needed, and our stay couldn't have been better.
The location was super. Right in the centre of San Sebastián, near shops, foods markets and only minutes from the old town and the many tapas bars. The main beach and promenade was also close by. The apartment had all the comforts needed.
We loved our stay at the San Marcial apartments. It was sooo close to the beach & amongst all cafes, shops & restaurants.

Very central -- could not have been better located. Right in the city centre but minutes from La Concha beach. The apartment itself was beautifully furnished with everything you need for your stay.

The appearance was classy, the bed very comfortable, the surroundings
quiet and the shops, markets and buses were on the doorstep.Everything
was just right.

Noise from floor above. Soft beds and a little complex check-in procedures. But nothing to stop us from recommending and using it again.
Drier took forever other than that would recommend.
No complaints at all, but a starter kit of soaps for the washing machine
and dishwasher would have been welcome.
The drying function of the washer/dryer didn't perform we'll.
The sofa bed was horrible... It was very uncomfortable as you could feel all the springs through the mattress.. We put down an extra blanket on top of the mattress and it was still uncomfortable.
We had stayed in a few apartments throughout our travels and some included a sofa bed.. And we have to be honest & say as much as we love the apartment.. The sofa bed here was the worst any of us had slept on.
Would give a 10 and recommend if a new sofa bed or mattress is replaced.

The arrangement to buzz 1B to get in the front door - half the time there is no one in 1B!.
Shower and elevator a little small.
Only a small thing, the cleaner left the floor wet and put away some
glasses which had not been cleaned and dried well.
I found it a bit hard to work out how to use some of the electrical appliances - eg the heating was stuck and I had to work out how to reset it, also the stove and coffee maker. There were some instruction manuals in a drawer but these did not cover all the appliances.

Spartan decor.Only one two seater sofa but supposed to accomodate up to 6 people. Also lack of mirrors other than in bathroom where they take some time to demist after a shower.
One lounge isn't sufficient for an apartment which sleeps six people. Otherwise, perfect.

Lift was locked out when leaving apartment and had to carry bags downstairs. Zero warning.
The shop underneath played loud music from 10 o´clock in the morning to 9 o´clock in the evening.
Very anoying indeed.
Only issue we had was that there were no beach towels as promised.
The noise. It's too noisy!!.
I stayed for 5 days and cleaning only came once, cleaning needs to
happen more regularly- atleast every 2 days. We needed more towels- for
2ppl there should be atleast 4x body towels, 2x face towels, 2x hand
towels. Clothes washing detergent would be nice too. The balcony has
high walls which obscures the city views, I wish this was made more
clear in the apartment description.
It was a bit smelly and we could constantly hear the people on the floor below. Also the doors were difficult to close when they came off their hinge.
