  The staff were particularly helpfull especially when the remote control for my car was disabled due to the adjacent government which had a radar exclusion zone. - The room was spacious, newly decorated, spotlessly clean, and elegant. It was a great location--easy walk to the Bilbao, great tapas bars three blocks away.

  Fantastic hotel and owners! The beautiful small hotel is laying between two amazing natural parks (better to have a car). The hotel is perfect for people who like to hike and enjoy the quiet surroundings. The view from the large and luxurious rooms is spectacular! Randa and Kepa (the owners) are wonderful people and they will do anything to make ... hva folk sier » you feel at home. They also know a lot of the region, the history, the highlights and where to go. You can have a good breakfast and a delicious diner - This is my second time at the hotel and the owners were so lovely! I am vegetarian and they took care to prepare me special delicous vegetarian meals everyday! Kepa also showed me the vegetable patch this time. We were also invited to watch as he trimmed the sheep's coats!! The couple are really warm and welcoming. As always, the place is beautiful, a real gem :) Also renovations have been done so its bigger and nicer.

  The apartment was very clean and spacious. We had a wonderful view on the beach and the ocean. It is very quiet (you can leave the window open during the night). Parking space is provided for free and the town center is just 10 minutes away by foot. Breakfast (Tea/Coffee, Toast, butter, jam, cookies) was served to our room.   Absolutely wonderfull location up the hill, with an enormous balcony with view over the bay. The owner was very friendly and helpful, and made us feel at home instantly. Very spacious rooms, with large balcony. Very good breakfast (freshly squeezed orange juice), lots of bread to choose from.
