  We went to this hotel 2 years ago. They made a mistake with our booking so when I complained about it, the Manager of the hotel agreed to meet me and he gave us a room upgrade for free. The Food is top quality with a great variety and the staff cannot do enough to help you specially if you are travelling with small children. The rooms are very spa... hva folk sier » cious and clean. The hotel is located in the nicest part of Benidorm. Near the old town and Basque area and less than five minutes from the beach.

  I really liked the pool - it was big enough to swim. The employees where very friendly. It is very close to the beach and there aren´t any other big hotels around. Anyway,the way to the city center is just a 20minute walk or you go by bus. The food was good for 3stars. - The staff were very friendly and helpful.   The staff were lovely, the apartments have good quality furniture and have all that you need for a relaxing stay, they have two balconies, and important for us they are dog friendly, also being able to park of road with no charge. - it was simple, clean, not busy and very helpful staff.

  Great hotel. the rooms are excellent so clean and comfortable. Location was good not far from all the bars but far enough away to be quiet. The beach is 1 minute walk away. There is parking available off site but its close as well. The staff were friendly and the breakfast delicious.   I had a very good time when living in Melia Valencia. I think this 4 stars hotel is the best one that I have ever lived at the same level so far and it is a good budget-friendly hotel compared with the same level hotel. The hotel room is fully furnished with all facilities. It is clean, comfortable with the good view outside of the window. We also tried the restaurant and it had a very good quality/price ratio. The overall structure is quite new and the staff was really friendly and supportive. Even if the location is far away from the center, there's metro station near by or you can rent the bikes directly outside of the hotel.
