Very surprised that this hotel was very goo -
- rooms cleaned every day, except weekend
- nice views, though on last flor so not sure how it is on others
- nice swimming pool, opening hours are normal, in some hotels are even only to 6pm so 8pm in udalla is perfectly acceptable. besides you have only a few minutes walk to playa de las visitas and playa del camison - two beautiful beaches
- location is very good. close to city center and main sidewalk with shops (few minutes walk). close to the ocean (same distance)

Bassengeområdene var bra utendørs,innendørs var dårlig på canarife. - everything. the view is marvelous, the location is convenient, no parking problems, the food was tasty, the room was big and comfortable. - The amenities and staff are nice in general.

We only needed a room for a couple of nights near to the airport after our holiday and this place was perfect - we could watch the planes taking off and landing from our balcony which also overlooked the golf course. very spacious and equipped with everything you could need-a true home

staff - Although in a quiet part of the island, and needing a car if you are independent. (There is a free bus to Puerto de la Cruz). It was very accesible to all parts of the island. Hotel was good in all aspects although the food at dinner could have been hotter. All in all a good value for money

Had a fine big room/apt overlooking pool. Just a short drive from the airport. Nice staff and well kept. Enjoyed dinner buffet.Good spot if you have a car, however parking on street must be hard to get in high season as was difficult enough finding space in Jan and hotel charge for their parking. "San Blas" area, which is just a spin down the road

The place very silent and tidy. I liked spending time in the balcony.
It was very nice weather in November, and swimming pool was nice.
- Reasonable TV channels for English speakers.
Actually in total you get reasonable service for the price you pay.
Close to local shops and restaurants.
Close to airport
Safe area - no trouble or noise of bars, perfect place to rest and get some silence.
Definitely, recommend to who don't want to spend lots of money on accommodation.
