Staff were the best I've come across from a hotel - they are sincerely in their helpfulness and nothing is too much trouble. Really fantastic people.

This is an excellent hotel! Staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The spa is just fabulous, with its in-the-cave Jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, water beds and other pleasures. The staff were extremely helpful and very courteous, nothing was a problem. The entertainment program was excellent with a different show every night, daily activities, and mini-disco for kids most nights which our son loved. The area is very central and safe. The walks along the beach are good with plenty of bars and restaurants that give good value. The public transport is excellent. I must compliment Diego in the reception of the hotel who was very helpful in relocating us to a better apartment. -

Good price vs. quality ratio. Very good positioning: a stone’s throw away from restaurants & terraces + beach across the pedestrian path next to the hotel. The room was ok, clean, „up to date” furniture. Good breakfast. Bottom line, we recommend it and it is to be taken into account for a future trip to Tenerife.

the previous reviews i have read mention the hotel is very dated i can say the the hotel is quite the opposite. the hotel was very clean and the up keep of the hotel was very good. Around the pool area was always spotless plenty of sunbeds never had to get up early and make a made rush for them. The restaurant always had a good choice, only problem was if you turn t up at the wrong time sometimes the food was cold but overall had a pleasant holiday.

We had a fantastic stay here. The best feature was the amazing buffet meals in the hotel, offering a huge variety of delicious foods which varied each day. The staff were really friendly, especially the chefs. On check in, we were greeted with a glass of champagne each, and at breakfast on the Sunday there was unlimited free champagne too.
