  The family were absolutely charming and very helpful - as were all the staff . Location spectacular and peaceful - we had wonderful views of the mountains over the orange trees and couldn't see any of the surrounding houses . We had a very comfortable isolated room and bathroom a short walk from the main house, which suited us . Didn't regret not... hva folk sier » hiring a car, with the hair-raising mountain roads, but it was about 20 minutes walk to the main bus stop, though only half that to the centre of the - Tranquil setting in orange grove, run by Raphael, Lourdes and their staff who love their home, farm and what they do - nothing was too much trouble - beautiful unspoilt natural environment, breakfast in the garden was prepared fresh with natural locally produced ingredients and delicious marmalade made from the oranges. All the facilities were good quality, no intrusive service but nothing lacking - perfect place to relax

Despite of horrible weather (did anyone say that Mallorca had to be sunny in April?) we enjoyed it very much.   Great Hotel placed in a quiet town. Start august there were not many people there. It was very quiet and we had the swimmingpool for us self .The rooms are great, spacious and with good aircon. It's right in the old part of Palma de Mallorca, surrounded by good bars and restaurants, a short walk to the cathedral, a similarly short walk to smart shops, and handy to the yacht marina.   Friendly helpful staff, very cheery welcome each time we entered the hotel. Beautiful minimal style room decor, very clean Gym facilities are perfect and we were the only two using the small gym each evening, with a smart tv to listen to the radio while we did! It was recently renovated, so everything is still new and shiny. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. The rooms (with small kitchens) are very well equipped. There was even a dishwashing machine in my room which I have never seen in any other hotel. My room also had electric window blinds, large flat screen TV with surround sound bar and a subwoofer. The hotel has premium feel with clear Nordic/Swedish design style. Perfect location in central Palma.
