  The warmth of the owners was amazing. They really went out of their way to help. When the owner saw our walking boots outside of our room he gave me a map and described in great detail (in French!) his favourite walk to me, drawing a map. He also insisted we take as many oranges as we wanted from the garden. Food in the restaurant was incredible a... hva folk sier » set meal for 40e but worth it for the quality and setting. Breakfast was equally good and generous. We will return as a rural base for visiting Palma - The place is very nicely situated in calm and pretty surroundings. The staff and owners were warm and attending. The rooms are superb. Breakfast tasted lovely. We do not have such crispy bread at home. We could also pick as many oranges in the garden as we would like to, and such sweet and juicy oranges we have never tasted before. This is a place we would highly recommend to others. And be sure, we will be back

  This is a stunning hotel in a stunning setting. Surrounded by mountains on three sides with far reaching views across the countryside. Rooms are really lovely. The only comment I would make is that the location wouldn't be suited to those less able to walk due the rustic nature of paths. Fantastic food. Will go back again without doubt.

  Fantastic food, setting and buildings. Extremely helpful and friendly staff - We loved our stay at Son Palou. It is unbelievably peaceful, in beautiful surroundings and the staff are helpful without being intrusive.   Excellent location,good value overall and enjoyable meals to suit all tastes.We stayed 5 nights half board and do recommend this as the restaurants around did only fish pizza/kebab etc.. The balcony overlooked the beautiful bay and was spacious with clothes drying rack!. With 5 mins to the airport(3 euro on the bus or 10 euro taxi) this is very us... hva folk sier » eful position for late or early arrivals and only 20 meters to the beach.. Yippee. The staff worked hard long hours and were very efficient indeed,pol - Everthing was really good the staff, location, views from bedrooms and value for money the only small suggestion to improve it was that the food could have been hotter but it didnt put us off staying there again. We are already working out when we can go back!

  Excellent in all ways. The room we stayed in, a suite, was very spacious and all looked very new. Fantastic views of the fields. Very quiet hotel, the perfect set if you are looking for rest. The gardens were very green and well taken care of; the swimming pool, nice and big, was during most part of the day quiet. The kids loved it!!! They make you feel like at home, and the slightest problem you may face they will fix it as soon as poss - Suiten vas very nice. The beds was of high quality and gave us very good sleep. The surrondings was beautiful and quiet. The Hostess Catrin and the Chef Xavier was exelent peoples, they was helpful in any matter. Also the roommaid Victoria was exellent. Xavier made good and interesting food every day, and sometimes local Mallorcin food. We liked it. Finca Son Roig also had very nice guests from Munchen during our stay, and they also filled in nicely to make our stay to be one of the best in Mal
