We loved the originality of Estellenchs and the Hotel Nord. With only 3 days there, we felt completely relaxed straight away. The hotel is an immaculate treasure and perfect for doing nothing but relaxing. Great restaurant close by and a terrace bar with amazing views and to soak up the evening sun all in 2 mins walk. Absolutely fabulous hotel. It was recently renovated, so everything is still new and shiny. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. The rooms (with small kitchens) are very well equipped. There was even a dishwashing machine in my room which I have never seen in any other hotel. My room also had electric window blinds, large flat screen TV with surround sound bar and a subwoofer. The hotel has premium feel with clear Nordic/Swedish design style. Perfect location in central Palma.

The staff is very friendly and you really have the feeling that they are there to take care of you. The hotel is a very good and the rooms are great. I have travelled a great deal for business and leisure over the last 20 years and Hotel Sa Bassa stands out as one of the best places I have stayed for relaxation, comfort and good service. The historical hotel buildings themselves are beautiful. Perhaps though the most striking asset the hotel has is its staff. They were all excellent; always helpful, friendly and attentive. It's difficult to give them sufficient praise. Well done Hotel Sa Bassa, we'll certainly be visiting again.

We were upgraded from double room with terrace to Junior Suite and it was magnificient.
The hotel is absolutely beautiful; comfortable and comes with nicely designed rooms + bathrooms, amazing garden with flowers and great swimming pool. The breakfast is great and is served outside or inside depending on the weather. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpfull. I strongly advice this hotel for couples and families.
