not so close to the center (10-15 mins), but the hotel is located in the front of the only beach of the city, which is very nice if you have a front sea room (to pay apart), which is very rare in lanzarote. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Every member that you passed on a daily basis always had a smile and said hello. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. A nice bottle of red wine was waiting for me in my room as a welcome gift and every morning, a fresh bread roll would be left in a plastic bag hanging on my door. It is the little touches that make a difference. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, cutlery and plates and glasses.

The best accomodation (for leisure) I've ever had. Location: excellent if you're interested in relax and peaceful atmosphere, close to unique Papagayo beaches (15 min. walk) and ordinary Coloradamar beach for those lazy ones (2-3 min. walk) :). Two supermarkets are nearby (Roper: 2-3 min.walk, HyperDino:5-7 min.walk). Bus stop is right in front of reception. If you travel with children, the playground is 2 min.walk.
