The hotel is very good standard for 4 star. The buffet has excellent choice of food but can be busy especially in the evening. Great facilities for children and the animation team were very good with mini disco. Beautiful pools with paddle pool for small toddlers. Location right near the beach very handy also. -

Location! Its close to the beach and main strip,small supermarket. Very friendly staff at reception and restaurant. Light cleaning every day,changing towels and beds -every 2-3 day. The location and poolside bar. Apartments were fine.Very helpful staff and well maintained grounds. It is a perfect place for a relaxing holiday, its not the Ritz but you get what you pay for and this was top notch.

Comfortable beds, daily cleaning and change of towels. Lucia and Isabel were so obliging and welcoming.
Will definitely return with family.

This is a hotel located outside the city centre but well in walking distance.
The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful.
The rooms are very spacious, are in fact apartments.
Spa, gym and classes are payable. The room rate however is so beneficial and with this system you only pay when you use it.

We liked the location and quietness of the area, it was really easy to find on our arrival in playa blanca, and the fact that we could use the facilities of the hotel volcan especially the childrens pool which was much warmer than the villa pool. a small village with many restaurants and shops, 1 minute walking to a
seaside promenade. Barbecue zone. Free (!) and fast wi-fi. Very
beautiful papagaya beaches are 10 minutes drive. Possibly there are some
other beaches close, but we do not know as we traveled by car. In

We really enjoyed our stay here, the apartments were basic but clean. The numerous pools were lovely and not over crowded. Plenty of beds available by the pool. The staff were fantastic, and the bar/restaurant had lovely food and great offers on drinks and also had entertainment every night. The location was so central, 2 minutes to the New town,

Appartments were spacious, clean and well maintained.
The entire complex was cleaned each morning, pools cleaned daily and treated each evening.
Loads of sun loungers, all looked new and again well maintained.
Food in the restaurant/bar was excellent and good value for money.
Staff were friendly and very helpful, especially the restaurant staff and Evan in the pool side bar, very welcoming, friendly and brilliant with kids, ensured everyone was included in activities.
All in all, really enjoyed
