All the staff were absolutely lovely. Really helpful and friendly and it made our stay so much nicer! I'd definitely go back again just because the staff were so good. - It was very near the skiing resort, the views from the breakfast room were beautiful, breakfast was very good and it was warm and comfortable.

Large room with excellent bathroom. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Perfect location for access to the pistes and all other resort facilities. The only hotel I will need for future trips to Sierra Nevada ! -

The location of the hotel for exploring the area is great.
Added to this the rooms are incredibly spacious and a large balcony with mountain views.

La Fragua 11 is set in a lovely location. The room was very spacious, clean and with a lovely terrace overlooking the mountains.
Staff were very friendly and with lots of knowledge of the surrounding areas, good if you want to do some walking.
The restaurant, which is just 2 minutes down the road was truly excellant.
Very good regional dishes,and very efficient staff and ambiance.
Highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hostal Palomares. The owner was one of the nicest people we have met . He even came out onto the street to introduce himself and to welcome us to his hotel. It's very obviously that the owner is very proud of his business and rightly so. A small typically Spanish hotel with amazing service. Everything!! The location, the view, the comfort. Absolutely amazing!! We had a wonderful view from our balcony that showed us the beach, a nice square with fountain and the statue of the prince Abdul Rahman I, we could look at the markets on the square that open at night and listen to the sound of sea. We had a great relaxing time for our honeymoon. The beach and many restaurants are few steps away. I totally recommend it to Almunecar visitors.
