Hotel has perfect location, very close to the beach. Rooms are very
cosy, personal is incredibly friendly. We were staying with 8 month old
baby and we were provided with baby bed, high chair. There were washing
and drying machine available on the premises, which made our life much

It was our first trip to Playa del Ingles, and the hotel and place was a lot better than we expected. Nice clean rooms, friendly hostess, safe at the room, beautiful sea view, quit. All in all one of our best vacations – should have stayed onger

Lite kø i resturant og barer selv om hotellet var fullt.
Store og flotte bassenger hvor det største er oppvarmet.

God standard, rent og ordentlig. - A brilliant place for a stop over for two nights en route to Anfi Beach Club, Arguinenguin. We like the atmosphere, but we especially enjoyed our evening meal at the restaurant at ground floor level. The breakfasts were also excellent. - Welcoming and professional

Har vært flere år på hotellet og har trivdes veldig godt. Et trivelig hotell er en av årsakene til at vi kommer tilbake.
Etter restaurering er hotellet blitt utmerket og anbefales på det sterkeste. -
Alt var veldig bra. Fint og lyst rom, med en fantastisk seng.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed the (free!)
wellness, which was just wonderful. The breakfast/dinner buffet was
great, with plenty of choice available, and two live cooking stations.
The staff was friendly, except for one grumpy man with glasses behind
the reception.

The Restaurant and Bar staff are particularly friendly and genuine. Breakfast and Lunch was very good especially for a three star hotel. The location is central to Playa del Ingles. This hotel also has an excellent roof terrace with a Jacuzzi and a wellness centre with a 'dead sea' pool, great for floating about in.

I thought the food was really good and they had a great variety of food. The spa facilities were excellent and so was the girl on reception there, she was always a pleasure to deal with. The kiddies entertainment was very good also. The hotel was very clean -

Rooms were very clean and cosy, nice pool ans area around very pleasant. Nice food in the restaurant. It is located on the hill so it is very quiet during the days and nights so it's a great place to relax! -

We stayed there for nearly a month, great place, apartments with lovely huge terraces and sunbeds. Kitchen full with all the things you need even the oven, juicer and coffee maker which for 3* is not that common. The best hotel we stayed in Canary Islands!
The Staff. They were so kind and speak perfect English and some other language like Swedish and Japanese as well.
We asked for extra towels and some other stuffs, we left our room and came back to the room after 10 minutes maybe, then everything was fixed and prepared.
Lovely, warm and cosy pool with a life guard. Perfect pool side bar!
You do not need to worry about a bad equiped kichen, we hade everything (with high standard) there!

The staff was excellent! Both the people working at the reception, and those in the hotels restaurant. Delicious fish food was served for dinner at the buffet dinner several evenings when I stayed there. Also a big honour to the cleaners! I'll be back...
