  Location! Its close to the beach and main strip,small supermarket. Very friendly staff at reception and restaurant. Light cleaning every day,changing towels and beds -every 2-3 day. Basic,but tidy spasious apartments. Free TV. No noise from main busy street. Swimming pool is not large, it was fine for off season (may),not sure about summer months,but we prefered bea - The location and poolside bar.   Friendly and very helpful staff. Fabulous for children as there is plenty of entertainment and the kids club is brillant. Each block has it's own swimming pool so you can sit and relax in your patio area and be watching them. The cleaniness was second to none.   Basic accommodation, but clean, has everything you need for a self- catering stay. Plenty shops and restaurants around, 5-10 min walk to beaches (either side left or right), bus station is really close to take you anywhere in Tenerife - Location was amazing, totally value for money. All the necessary stuff was in the room and it was clean.

  The apartement was excellent, new, it was a great value for money. In the restaurant the drinks (also alcoholic) are free of charge at the dinner. Bus stop is close, which makes easy access to the beach (dunes of Corralejo)

  We really enjoyed our stay here, the apartments were basic but clean. The numerous pools were lovely and not over crowded. Plenty of beds available by the pool. The staff were fantastic, and the bar/restaurant had lovely food and great offers on drinks and also had entertainment every night. The location was so central, 2 minutes to the New town, ... hva folk sier » 5 minutes to the old town. The only negative (I don't want to write it in the negative column as it wasn't anything negative against the complex) was - Appartments were spacious, clean and well maintained. The entire complex was cleaned each morning, pools cleaned daily and treated each evening. Loads of sun loungers, all looked new and again well maintained. Food in the restaurant/bar was excellent and good value for money. Staff were friendly and very helpful, especially the restaurant staff and Evan in the pool side bar, very welcoming, friendly and brilliant with kids, ensured everyone was included in activities. All in all, really enjoyed

  The hotel was next to everything and it was also located near the waterfront so no need to walk up and down steep hills. It was a very short walk to Biosphera shopping centre and in the old town. The staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble!! Emma in the restaurant was just fantastic and there were plenty of sun beds at the poolside ... hva folk sier » ( which was very clean). A great place to holiday - It is an ideal location for the beaches, walks,harbour ,restaurants etc. No steep hills to be climbed to get back to your accommodation. The beds had real sprung mattresses and were very easy to sleep on. The staff were very friendly and the apartment was cleaned every couple of days,including a sheet change.

  Hotel has perfect location, very close to the beach. Rooms are very cosy, personal is incredibly friendly. We were staying with 8 month old baby and we were provided with baby bed, high chair. There were washing and drying machine available on the premises, which made our life much easier.
