The attention to detail and decoration was amazing even the leaves of the plants were shining! Our Villa was of a very high standard. The whole complex was very relaxing and comfortable.

Staff were the best I've come across from a hotel - they are sincerely in their helpfulness and nothing is too much trouble. Really fantastic people.

This is an excellent hotel! Staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The spa is just fabulous, with its in-the-cave Jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, water beds and other pleasures. Rooms are very nice and clean (we especially liked a piece of gourmet chocolate every evening as the maid came to prepare the room for the night for us), excellent air-conditioning for the heatwave that we experienced that week. The villa was fantastic with its own pool. It was cleaned everyday to a
very high standard. The buffet breakfast was great and staff were really
nice. There was a playground which was brilliant and a putting course
which the children enjoyed. The hotel also ran a free miniclub for
children. Oana who ran the club was brilliant with the children and
there was supervised activities during the day. The playroom where the
club took place was fantastic. Great toys for the children and my 12

The hotel is beautiful with fantastic sea views, our suite was spacious and very comfortable, the pool area is lovely and quiet and the staff are all very friendly and helpful.
We really liked the adult only aspect of the hotel which made it very quiet and serene. We also used the spa which was excellent.
We stayed on a B&B basis and there are lots of reasonable restaurants within short walking distance along the beach. All in all a lovely holiday.

I liked very much the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, in particular the male manager (can't remember his name) and Nicola who helped me when I need to find medical help at short notice.
The service and selection at breakfast was outstanding and again, the staff who served breakfast were extremely helpful and friendly. -
