From the moment I arrived I was looked after, great personal sevice. Antonio had said as I was travelling on my own he had put me in a bungalow close to the pool so it would be easier for me to interact with other guests. I stopped staying at gay properties 15 years ago having found they were often overpriced and poorly run, so i was a liitle unsure booking this property initially. However I loved being there so much I more than doubled my stay. The property is secure, comfortable, nicely appointed, quiet, well run and was a pleasure to stay in. Amasingly helpfull stuff, good location:close to the bus station, city centre, beaches and Loro Parc. Nice clean rooms. Awesome view from the roof (which has a pool). It is possible to eat at the hotel restaurant (not 'haute cuisine', but good and reasonably priced).Wi-fi only in the lobby but there is plenty room for seating. -

The bungalows were ideal for us very spacious. The complex is very well situated with a lot of activities to suit all ages(these extra activities can be booked off the complex). Wifi is available in most areas you struggle to a signal on the edge of the complex which is no big deal. I would strongly recommend going here I booked everything myself

Very relaxing - staff very helpful. Requested a move after the first
night as our balcony overlooked the main road and it was noisy very
early. We were moved to another apartment overlooking the pool. Although
the apartments are very close to shopping, bars, etc, it is very quiet
and peaceful within the complex.

Apart from the hotel which we LOVED, we liked the friendly locals. We rented bikes and cycled around and we were amazed by how nice all drivers were. Also when walking.
