  Fantastic food, setting and buildings. Extremely helpful and friendly staff - We loved our stay at Son Palou. It is unbelievably peaceful, in beautiful surroundings and the staff are helpful without being intrusive. The gardens have been beautifully laid out and it doesn't get much more relaxing than lazing in the pool, looking out over the mount... hva folk sier » ains.   The hotel is located in a large, nice, green park with many trees. Quiet rooms with basic, but practical furniture. Nice, friendly staff, good food. 6 well maintained clay tennis courts, available for all day. - The staff were so attentive, rooms were immaculate. The resort had everything you needed. Great for young families! Food was superb!

  The hotel facilities, staff and location were exceptional. Staff, particularly Carla, was extremely helpful and friendly.   We had a great stay at El Hotel Pacha. The staff were friendly and helpful. The design is minimalist with careful detailing. The bedrooms are large and airy and the bed is large and comfortable.
