Being out of the main centre and having a view was great, particularly as the weather wasnt good so I spent more time in the hotel tgan planned. Lovely staff; one woman in particular who knows how to make you feel like a valued customer. Breakfast appears to have improved since some earlier reviews - a full continental buffet.

The rooms were very clean and looked new. The bed was super comfortable and came with several super fluffy pillows. The climate is controlled within the room and the bathroom was of a good size. Also, it is a no smoking hotel so the rooms don't smell of other people's stale smoke (although some people on my hall were smoking anyway.) - Excellent

Extremely friendly and efficient staff. Excellent quiet location close to the beach and old town. Secure parking, although we came by bus on this occasion and so didn't need it. Some find the parking costly but it is worth it as Gijon is a difficult place for parking.
All in all, very good value for money. -
