The Hotel was just like the reviews we´d read. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and staff friendly and helpful. Being so close to the Metro meant travelling into the center of Madrid was easy. Friendly and very helpfull front desk staff. Great breakfast with a good selection of food. The room, although a tad on the small side was very clean. It was quiet for the most part. Guests were prone to slamming bedroom doors though, which in the early hours was a bit irritating. They could get rid of needing a card to operate the lift though. - Q
